The very next day, this can be on your plate under a sprig of dill with browned butter and a slice of lemon. With us at Pescaria Albert, the fish is always fresh. We started Pescaria Albert when we found that Grisslehamn needed a real fish restaurant with cooking without compromise. So, here we are!

Pescaria Albert is a separate part of Hotell Havsbaden where we only have 15 places.
